The kitchen


The Recollectif association is completely autonomous on a logistical point of view. Our canteen follows us on all the bivouacs, with our two charcoal stoves and the complete cookware, and the recipes are adapted to the nation represented, according to the customs of the time, for the tasting of visitors as well as reenactors.


In addition, a partnership with an artisan baker also allows us to bring Russian bread or American D rations according to their original recipes, to make them taste to visitors who can also buy it for their own consumption. We can even make waffles with vintage materials, which will delight young and old.

Practical side

The provision of tables (minimum 3 linear meters, ideally 5) is highly desirable.

A nearby fire extinguisher or water source is recommended if the area presents a fire hazard.
